The Hierarchical Task View Screen shows the user a hierarchical view of a root level Task or Note.

To get to this screen: click on the title of any task.

The Hierarchical Task View Screen contains the Sidebar and workspace area. In the workspace is a form that shows the user a hierarchical Tree View of a Task or Note and related tasks and notes in the hierarchy. This means all the Sub-Tasks and Sub-Notes for a root level Task or Note can be made available.

You can change the Tasks and Notes that are being shown by selecting a different group (or all groups combined) in the Users and Groups drop down.

You can take action on the Tasks or Notes by selecting the Icons or links available for each item.

The Breadcrumbs show you where you are in Tasks Pro™.

The Jump to... Menu lets you quickly navigate to:

• Your top level tasks/notes
• The last 10 tasks/notes you edited

Messages appear at the top of the page to let you know the result of an action you've taken.
