Some RSS readers recognize when an RSS feed requires authentication and will prompt you for your username/password. Others have a place in the subscription form to enter the username/password.

If your RSS reader doesn't have either of these (for example, NetNewsWire), you can try entering the username/password in the URL itself like this:

http://username:password@www.example.com/tasks_pro/rss.php
