Each task has individual group permissions to allow you choose who has access to each task and note you create.

Most likely, you will have a group or set of groups that you need to select for most tasks you create. Tasks Pro™ allows you to choose a group or set of groups that are intially selected for new tasks and notes in your Preferences. You can still overide this setting for any tasks you choose to.

Setting this preference will make using Tasks Pro™ a lot easier.
