Premium Support Offerings

King Design is happy to offer premium support to customers who desire or require a level of support beyond the complimentary support included with all King Design products.

Support Tokens

A support token can be used to get priority support for a single incident. It can be used to schedule support via phone or IM for a single incident (up to 30 minutes), or to receive priority e-mail support. A support token can be used for “how to” questions, technical issues, “best practice” questions or for custom development consulting.

You can purchase support tokens on the Store page. Tokens can be purchased one at a time, or in blocks of three at a discount.

To use a support token to schedule live support (phone or IM) or submit a priority support e-mail, follow the instructions on the Support page.

Annual Support

An annual support contract is also available. This is designed for companies or individuals that wish to customize the software themselves and want ongoing consulting access for their developers, or that need ongoing support access throughout the year.

Annual support includes:

  • 10 hours of support and/or customization development consulting.
  • 2 emergency patches - if you happen to discover a bug, you can request an emergency patch for it rather than waiting for the next release.
  • Free upgrades during the contract.
